Hey Folks,

What an AMAZING WEEKEND WE HAD!!!! The show has been taught!!!!!! Now it's time to clean and really max this out!!!! All of your hard work this winter paid off BIG TIME! We were able to get it all done, because you believe and buy into what we are trying to do here. Raising the Bar we did!!!! This year, everyone looked forward to starting and finishing drill, and I didn't really hear complaining about our longest practice weekend. And to that I THANK YOU!!!

You folks can do anything you put your mind to, and people are going to go nuts over you this summer. Please keep the effort up and most important, be here. Let's take advantage of where we are at and max this baby out.

This weekend in Reading, there will be lots of people checking us out, to see if all the Hype from Harrisburg is true. And when they see what you're doing with the drill, they are going to walk away saying 'OMG THEY'RE GREAT!!!!!!'

So I hope you are excited as we take this to Reading, where stop #3 of our 2007 season of blowing down the places, continues. Below is all of the things to remember to take care of.

Thanks again to you the member, the staff, the admin team and all involved in this amazing corps!!!!

Hype!
George

DUES & BOWL-A-THON MONEY DUE:
All dues must be paid up. If you are having problems, please see Nancy. You will be receiving an email from Nancy if you owe dues or bowl-a-thon, with the amount you owe.

ADS ARE DUE:
Please get your ads in. You are required to do $100. You may either get an ad or pay the $100. This is our life support.

TICKETS FOR TOS:
At this week's practice, we will have tickets for TOS. Tickets are for Adults $12 ($15 at the gate), $10 Senior Citizens and Children $8 ($10 at the gate). Please see Nancy. People who purchase tickets in advance get into the show at 4:45, while others get in at 5.

NEED HELP WORKING TOS:
We are in need of people to help run the show. This is our BIGGEST FUNDRAISER and we need to make sure that people don't get in for free and all. We need people to help work the front & back gates. Sell 50/50's, programs, souvies. If you know of anyone who can help, please let me know. They will be able to see us and some of the show.

READING SHOW MAY 12th:
On May 12th, we will be practing & performing at the Reading Bucs indoor show in Reading, PA. We are leaving at 8:30 A.M. and will be practing from 11:30-5:00. Then we'll have a dinner break, then perform. We go on at 8:52. We will be having only 1 bus. The guard will be going to practice, but will not perform on stage, due to space on the stage. But it was decided to bring the guard so when we practice, we are all together as we polish/clean what we did the week before. We are at the middle school, behind the school where the show is.

For dinner, the Bucs are throwing a Corps dinner for all the corps. The cost is $6.50 and you get roasted turkey and all the trimmings, vegetables, pasta w/marinara, bread, and salad. Drink is included. This is a great deal and it helps the Bucs out, and we don't have to leave the school. Also there are showers available after practice at the school. Dinner is from 4:30-6:30. Please bring a lunch. Lunch will be before practice. We should be home around 12:00 A.M.

BRIDGEMEN ALUMNI ASSOCIATION PICNIC:
On Sunday, May 27th, from 12-5, The Bridgemen Alumni Association will be hosting a picnic at 16th Street Park. I have attached a card with all info on it. The corps will be performing at the picnic. We will be meeting at 10:30 and warming up, and then perform, and then if you want to stick around and enjoy the picnic, you may. If you do not want to stay, you may leave after the performance. The cost is $20 for adults and $10 for children. We had this picnic in 2005 and was attended by 500 people (Bridgemen Alumni & family members of corps members). So please, have your family attend and enjoy a GREAT DAY with your Bridgemen Family. View our
Alumni Family Picnic page.

SELLING TICKETS FOR THE CADETS SHOWS:
We have agreed to promote the 3 Cadets shows for them, and any tickets we sell, or who purchase tickets and mention us, we get a commission from the ticket price. This is a great way to help them and start a new relationship with them. So if you are planning on going to any of their shows or know of anyone going to go, please have them see the flyer that explains how to get tickets and how we get credit. If we sell 100 tickets, we get $500. So this is found money!!!!! View our
Music In Motion page.

ROCHESTER HOTEL:
We will be talking this weekend about the Rochester Hotel. Please get together with 3 other people (4 to a room) and be ready to give your names to John Yurkin, so he may book the rooms. THIS HAS TO BE ASAP!!!!! Hotel rooms in the Rochester area are basically filled, and this is our only shot at this hotel, so be prepared. Also please have your Wildwood plans too.

BRING YOUR HAT:
Horns & drums, please bring your hat back or you will not have one for the show!
